my name is Jeremy wx8nws from a small northern Michigan town called Wakefield, Born in a small northern Wisconsin town call Ashland in 1982. I first earned my tech ticket in January 3 2011 as KD8PFU .Currently working 440 FM DMR/2 meter FM/SSB, hf 80,40,15 CW, thru 10-meter CW and phone, APRs, Allstar echo link, DMR.
I'm Marquette Michigan National Weather Service SKYWARN Storm Spotter GO-48 For Gogebic count, MI, and also I'm Duluth Minnesota National Weather Service SKYWARN Storm Spotter IR-049 for Iron County WI.  I became licensed in 2010 KD8PFU when I was 28 years old. I became interested in ham radio when my High School friend KB8ZXE Robert Lane introduced me to the hobby in the late '90s.
