Repeater output on 467.550 MHz repeater input channel (maritime users)

This same issue has been going on in LA area in the DILA repeater located on Mt. Wilson. for the last two months we been having the same heavily accented maritime traffic on 467.550 tone 103.5, but been here for too long, hopefully they leave soon as they are very loud in the repeater.

Kenwood TK-8360H

I have a Kenwood TK-8360H as my mobile and I have been able to communicate with two other station at 80 miles distance while I was driving at about 60 miles per hour. I'm getting a second one for my base as I think they are great radios for GMRS. Very easy to program as well.
