Ok...let me ask another way. How are repeater owners then getting the audio to the HUB?

Greetings, Was wondering what type of network interface is being used for repeaters that are on the different hubs (i.e. Midwest Hub)? In addition, if I wanted to put a repeater on one of the hubs what is a good starting point for point of contact or discussion for standards and operations?
