About Me

I'm here because I think GMRS is great.  The quality is so much better than CB.  I have a technicians license but when I listen to the bands I have access to it's either noise or silence.  I have plans to upgrade to a general license at some point as I would like to experience making contacts across the country.  I would like to figure out how to get involved in the GMRS repeater network, I am willing to put a little money into this endeavor and a goal of mine is take part in the nets when I learn how to and what to do.  Exciting times!
