Hey guys I'm in Wilmington. Got my GMRS license a few years ago and my ham ticket (KO4VPA) late last year.

I wonder if we should start a Carolinas GMRS group/club/whatever? It would be nice to have a bi-state net. Unfortunately there are no GMRS repeaters in my county.

Yeah, it's expensive. I wish it didn't come with an antenna I won't use.
