I live in the Charlotte-metro area of central NC.  I am a GMRS and Ham operator (AK4FD), also a club President (W4CVR - Catawba Valley Amateur Radio Society), 16+years in Skywarn/severe weather, President of the Metrolina Spotter Group for Skywarn spotters (www.MetrolinaSpotters.com), certified AuxComm Operator for NC Emergency Management as well as a COML in-training, and on several ARES & RACES teams.
