So I just got my RT76P Friday night and have been playing with it, but it's been strangely silent. I hear the voice prompts when I start up, or go between modes, but there is no sound when receiving a transmission from another radio. The screen lights up, the signal strength meter/icon shows a strong signal (my other radios receive the broadcast just fine), but zero sound on the RT76P. It transmits just fine and appears to receive just fine, it just has no sound - yet the voice prompts are clearly audible. I sent a message to Retevis CS and am waiting on a response, but thought I'd see if there are any ideas out there!
