Personal stuff: I am married, for 38 years as of 2023. Can't believe she has put up with me for this long. 10.5 year Air Force veteran, was in CE and RED HORSE. I am a Mechanical Engineer with a Minor in Industrial Engineering. My wife and I enjoy long range precision target shooting.

Radio stuff: I got started with GMRS in 2022. I have zero experience and even less knowledge so I am on a long learn curve. I got into this because I needed an alternative form of COMM's in case of an emergency scenario where landlines and cell phones go down. I started with three HT's and as of 11/2023 I purchased a Base/Mobile radio.
