I use a Midland GXT radio with a AVPH3 Surveillance Headset. I would like to somehow splice in my phone's Type-C USB wired headphones some I can talk on my phone without switching headsets. Can anyone recommend a product or modification. Thanks

For my security job I have my GMRS radio with an acoustic tube headset always on. Is there a mixer or adapter to also connect your mobile phone to the same headset and mic through Bluetooth? I'm not looking to broadcast from phone to GMRS, I'd to be able to answer my phone and talk through the same headset and mic. Maybe using a switch to change over.
