at work we were cleaning out some of the it persons old equipment and we came across a patriot programmable repeater, because I am into ham and gmrs radio, the it guy gave it to me. He said he didn't know if it even worked. we are going to new repeaters at the zoo so he said he would never use it. it says on the side of it that it is set for tx 464.3250 and rx of 469.3250 with a tone of 192.8. so I can find out if it works, my question is has anyone herd of these, ritron rrx-460, and would it be worth re programming for my first gmrs repeater, thanks Don

thanks, I contacted the manufacturer, and for $80.00 an hour, they will go thru it and program it for the frequency I want. so for a couple of hundred dollars I will have my repeater.
