I am getting the no channel type registered for "SimpleUSB' when I issue the 'asterisk -c command'
AND
I am getting unable to connect to remote Asterisk (does /var/run/asterisk.ctl exist' which it does.
I am guessing the asterisk.ctl thing is a port I need to open yet on the firewall. But asterisk isn't running that I can find on my Pi and I'm not sure that the simpleusb thing isn't causing it to NOT run.
