Just got an RT97, setup was simple and it works as a repeater--however, after you unkey a handheld, it broadcasts 2-4 seconds of garbage static before it cuts off. I've tried adjusting the settings in the RT97 programmer and its set to only 1 second but it still broadcasts junk at the end of transmission. Any one know why?
