Networking... how to

Maybe the info is already here if so maybe someone could point me there.  My question is how are people connecting the repeater to a computer network?  Is there an audio in/out solution already available or are people rolling their own?  Audio in and audio out to a PC and connected to what?  A network??  Thanks in advance

There’s an interface kit. It’s sold in the shopping area of this site, but unfortunately it’s based on the Raspberry Pi boards which are currently nearly unobtainable.
