I the reviews people mention the fan is noisy, your opinion? Quote
0 BoxCar Posted October 14, 2023 Report Posted October 14, 2023 I have no problems with fan noise as the unit never warms to where the fan is needed. Mine sit on a metal rack with free space on all sides. WRYS366 1 Quote

Very smart! I'm good with fans. I have hi end stereo system and hi low-medium power radios that last me over 35+ years. It would have not happen if there wasn't any fan in it. Every-time the fan kicks in, my friends "were" telling me. "Man.. you have a power house in your home base. I can hear it when the fan kicks in with very strong ...% modulation" The truth is, I just have a beam antenna and a 30 watt radio which I can hit from Torrance CA to Galveston TX easy on a good skip days. But that was back in the 80's with a different radio using a similar power supply. Quote
