However as has been said many many times GMRS is not the best place to try and make friends. Ham radio is more suited to reaching out to strangers. GMRS is a "bring your own contacts" radio service. It's mainly intended for families and groups of friends staying in touch. You can certainly try of course just don't be surprised if don't have much luck. OffRoaderX 1 Quote
