repeater on map does not show in search to apply for permission

WRVH819, I see the repeaters in my area on the map. I have had great success with my requests for permission. However, some show on the map and when I search to apply,

the search says no such repeater...please tell me what I am doing wrong. Specifically, Terre Haute Indiana, 812 crossroads repeater.

I typed in the area and it showed right up.

must be my screen settings to narrow
