permission to use a repeater

I understand I need permission to use a repeater, How / where do I do that. I've looked all over mygmrs and don't see a place to start a request.

Just below the title page banner or the drop down menu on the left side of the header page there is a list "Browse" "Activity" "Repeaters" "Map" "Classifieds"

click repeaters it will take you to the repeaters page where you can get the ones close to you. 

If the repeater says open you don't necessarily have to ask permission, if the repeater says closed or private you have to get permission, If closed click on that repeater and it then opens the forwarding link on the top right corner of that page click "request permission."

Under the repeater you want to use should be a "request" button if it requires permission. Thats on the main mygmrs page.
