Retevis RA-87 Repeater Setting for tail - hang time...

I have my repeater up and fully functional with the exception that there is zero tail or hang-time or kerchunk after ending transmission. I would like to set a timeframe for that to occur - I have scoured the manual and also searched the forum to no avail. Is anyone running this setup that can assist me find the proper setting if it exists?

Was you able to find anything on settng to help you with this? 

I'm having the same issue. I know the repeater is working i just cannot figure out what needs to be done to make it kerchunk.

Have you found a solution to this yet? I just set one up and trying to figure it out.

Try extending the squelch hang time, menu #9, on the receiving radio in the repeater pair. See if that helps. I don’t have these radios but it seems like that should help.
