Programming repeater to TD-H3

Hey everyone, new to all of this and finally trying to get started on programming and using my first radio. I have the TD-H3 and I am trying to save my local repeater or program it to the radio and I keep hitting brick walls, even with trying to use the odmaster app on my phone. Any suggestions?

If you're running it in GMRS mode, all you need to do is select the correct repeater channel and set the Transmit tone for the repeater and hit the PTT button.
