Repeaters on or offline?

Does anyone know if the napa ca. Mt Veeder repeater is still on line. [ WQBK788 ] I had to dig around, it was not on the main map, I had to turn on the show offline,and the show stale repeaters to find it.it says on line..permis. required.  I sent in a request...no answer as of yet.. ...just wondering ???

Why can’t you listen to the output frequency?  No tone or permission is needed to listen.

Yea just tune to the simplex channel of the out put and take a listen.

How long ago did you send the request? Owners may not check their emails continuously.  I've had requests take several weeks. Just got an approval last night for a request I put in over a month ago.  Be patient.  Requests aren't instant.
