Just got one NOB on ebay. receives and seems to work great but only outputs 3-4W no matter the TXP setting. Using an AC power meter, it only pulls 25W on the AC mains when keyed. 

Updated its firmware from 0.0.1.2 to 0.0.1.3, no change except for a cpl. menu options.

I also have 2x RA87s in a repeater config and at 40W, they each pull 165W from the AC and xmit 40-42W, all using the same Tram antenna about 100' high.

I have word out to Radioddity but haven't heard back yet.
