I accidentally changed my RPT-16 to the same frequency as RPT-15 and can't change it back.

Question

I'm a noob. Heard of GMRS only 1 week ago. The only repeater in my area uses RPT-16, CH 24, RF 462.5750.

I have Wouxun KG-935G Plus. Somehow I managed to Change RPT-16 to FR 462.550 and can't chang it back.

Returning to factory settings has not fixed the problem.

Now RPT-15 and 16 have the same frequency. I have no idea how I did it, nor how to fix it. Any ideas?

Get a programming cable and use rt systems and then you can do what ever you want.

I have a 935G+ and changed RPT-16 from 462.5750 to 462.550 and saved the change. I then turned the radio of and back on and then checked to make sure the change was still there. Then I used the channel wizard to change RPT-16 back to 462.5750 and saved the change. Everything is normal again. I'm not sure what you did but I tried to reproduce your issue and couldn't. The Channel Wizard worked for me.

Thank you. I didn't realize I had to save my change. I don't remember making the change or using the save feature so I must have done it by accident. Anyhow, that was the step I was missing.
