Can not Register Account.

I have tried several times to register an account and after I put in my callsign to verify it comes up and says my callsign is already registered and shows me a green squared window with all my information in it.  What is the next step.  I do not have an account, and I cannot see where to proceed to finish registration or making an account I can log in with. It just keeps telling me under the block where you verify the callsign that my callsign is already registered.  Shows red text.  I even tried to log in and click on forgot password and it says no account is associated with my email.  Am I doing something wrong ?

I doubt that it’s broken.  I reported your post to the owner.  He should be able to help you. Good luck!

The forum and the map/repeater site need to be logged into separately but will use the same passcode.

Ok, Thank you.  I guess I will wait for an answer. I also sent an email about this with my Callsign.

I'm having the same problem. Was there ever a resolution to this problem? 

I'm logged in and able to access the forums and my profile but when I try to access repeater information I'm asked to log in again. When I log in using the same username and password - I get an error message stating my credentials aren't valid. I've already reset my password so I know I'm using valid credentials. 

I emailed a moderator and messaged site support a few days ago. 

I like the map set up on this site but I can't use it. Is there another site anyone can recommend with the same info? I searched, I didn't see anything as well laid out and I'm chomping at the bit to get my families radio set up. 

Any guidance is appreciated.

[Guest Account setup issues.]

While trying to setup a new account. I’m prompted to put in my call sign. When I put it in it pops up with an error message that my call sign is invalid.

Are you sure you’re reading it right?  We had one person try for months with a call sign that ended in l776. He was sure ended in 1776, when actually it was L776.

All GMRS calls being issued now are 4 letters followed by 3 numerals. Like WROM258. 
Or perhaps you just got a new call sign and it doesn’t appear in the extract used by this site. That’s very common.

I'm sure - because I'm logged in with my call sign in the forums but I can't see the repeater info. There's a disconnect between the two. You can see I'm logged into the forums with my call sign.

Holy moly - it never crossed my mind that "username" for the repeater info is actually the call sign rather than my email address I use to log into the forums. I just tried my call sign instead of email address and it totally worked. I'm in! yay!
