Programming question using chirp and 251 dpl

Hi friends. I’m new to GMRS. I have obtained permission to utilize a repeater in my area, which I found here on this website. It says the input and output times are 251 dpl. I use chirp to program my radios. I can’t seem to figure out how to place this appropriately to function as intended. Does anyone have input on what the code should look like?
