How to program repeater with Chirp. Terms don't match between myGMRS and Chirp software

I'm trying to program some repeaters into a Retevis RB27 using Chirp. The trouble I'm having is the values off of the myGTRS repeater page doesn't uses the same terms as the chirp software so I don't know how to set all the values. Here are 2 screenshots, first Chirp, then myGMRS with some info masked. Can someone tell me what to put into each column in Chirp to properly set up the repeater.

Replace the Tone Squelch column with the frequency shown in the “input tone” on the MyGMRS page and change mode from NFM to wide and you should be good.
