I have tried PL and DPL. I am running NB 12.5khz as my software puts it back to NB because of the FCC requirements. Any ideas. Quote

I have no idea why it's not keying up, but I do know that you can change it to WideBand by setting the clock on your computer to any date before 2002 (or similar date), i forget the exact date, i always just set mine to 2000, and then upload your settings to the repeater.
