  1. Is there a Wouxun which has NOAA and FM?
  2. Hmm. I guess I'll try +5. If I don't receive any responses, then we know they are using +4.
  3. I see that a certain repeater lists the rx and tx as 462.XXXX and 466.XXXX. Is this most likely a typo or is this possible? Thanks. Still learning!
  4. New to radio, pardon me. Is the offset listed correctly for 625 repeater? 462 and 466? Or is it a typo and should be 467? Thanks!
  5. Just became a member. Hod does one get the frequency and tone information? Thanks so much! EDIT! Found it! Disregard. Thanks!
  6. You guys have been really cool to this newcomer. Thanks! I was looking into these two radios for mobile and see that they are almost the same price. So it seems like a no brainer to get the 25. But I have heard that some have had issues with the 25. What say ye? Thanks again!
  7. Nice. I wanna tackle something like this. Just looking for the time!
  8. I was just giving numbers for an example.
  9. Hello. Is it possible in the above listed software to program a simplex channel set without the +5 offset while using input and output tones? For example, lets say the input and output frequencies are both the same for simplex use, and program an input and output tone? I see in the DIY channels, the software automatically bumps the input frequency to +5, and keeps the box shaded, and I am unable to change it. What can be done? Can this be entered in the repeater channels (not DIY)? Thanks! I'm a newb. Edited for incorrect channel listing.
  10. Ok sounds good. But I guess my question would be how do I get the software to list the changes that I have made? Everytime I open the software, it listes the default DIY channels. Thanks.
  11. When I'm done programming frequencies and channels and stuff using GM30 software, which folder should I save it to so that my channel list doesn't dissappear in the software? Thanks!
