Unlocking the Baofeng GM15 Pro

No cable came with the GM15. I bought it separately from Baofeng.

I just bought the GM 15 Pro and have the radioditty software for the gm 30 version 2.06. Using the Baofeng cable I try to read or write to the radio and get an error to check the com port. No matter which port I use, I get the same error. I am running Windows 10. Is there another version of the software I should be using, etc? thanks
