Unable to register - say my license could not be found eventhough I have one

Hi I recently received my GMRS license and call sign, which was issued on 6/1/1/25.  I am now trying to register on mygmrs.com to get the details to set up a repeater, and get the following message.

"A license could not be found with the given callsign. If it was recently issued, it may not be available in our database yet. Please allow 24-48 hours after the Grant Date on your license before expecting to see your license here"

My call sign is WSIR477, so not sure what is going on.  It's been more than 48 hours, coudl it be that mygmrs.com just doesn't have my info yet, anything I can do to get this resolved?  Thanks in advance for your help.  Cheers, Robert

The extracts used by this site are not daily.  You’ll appear in the live FCC database nearly immediately, but it can actually take three or four days for this site to get the data in an extract and sometimes even longer.  That affects other sites as well, such as this one which lets a person know whether a GMRS licensee also has a ham license: https://gmrs.app/?wsir477#

The other common thing is that people sometimes supply the wrong call sign.  You didn’t, but it definitely happens.

I'm having the same issue. However, I just got my GMRS on 6-12-2025...I guess I'll be patient and keep checking back.

I knew there was at least a few day delay for the FCC site data getting  to the myGMRS site ... but he said his callsign was issued on the first of the month... 15 days? that seems like there is a data feed problem on MyGMRS.

I would suggest contacting the site help here to see if they can check that their callsign update is working properly.

FCC data base shows it was issued on 6.11.2025.

Take another look at the date he posted - It's not 6.1.

Oh... oops. Yeah that makes more sense.  I only looked at the original poster's text and they typoed it like: "6/1/1/25" (extra dash in there between the ones! )

There is an issue with the data we receive from the FCC, which affects newer licenses. We worked around it and have processed all the available GMRS licenses that we can see through the FCC data export.

If your license was issued in the last 48 hours, you should be good to go now!
