I am new to the GMRS world and have a few question regarding setting up my radios for repeater use.
I have (2) BTECH GMRS-V1 radios and a Midland MTX400
1) when referring to DCS in/DCS out codes, lets say DCS123 in and DCS 456 out, does this mean my radio needs to be setup where it is transmitting out on DCS 123 and receive set to DCS 456 or the opposite?
2) How do I setup receive on 462.XXX and transmit on 467.XXX (two different frequencies) does my radio need to be monitoring both frequencies simultaneously then?
