How To Reset A Kenwood TK 8160K Radio??

I have a Kenwood TK 8160K Radio. My problem is I got the radio off ebay and there is a password lock on it and the person that sold it to be doesn t have the password. So is there a way to reset the radio or does anyone of you radio pros know how to hack into it??.LOL  any help will be good.. Thanks WFRE582 Bruce

 If it's a read only you "should " be able to over write w/new code plug. I would have to verify that as its been a while.
