OldBlue
Greetings all. Just got my GMRS license, purchased a Midland MXT115 for my Jeep and a couple of Retevis RB27 handhelds. My daughter and I used the handhelds the other day for the first time while we were out off-roading. I do have a lot to learn regarding the whole GMRS/ham radio thing though, so I'm hoping to learn a lot here.
WRDB702
Welcome! I am in central Ohio and use the Johnstown repeaters mostly. What area of Ohio are you in? This site has been very helpful for finding repeaters in my area as I move around the state. (While I don't use repeaters for the majority of my radio use, I've been impressed by the increaded range the repeaters provide.)
