I need a recommendation for gmrs window mount antennas. I am installing a mxt575 and a kg1000g into my daily drivers. Both have aluminum body panels so mag mounts are out. I would like to avoid using the supplied adhesive-backed metallic mount provided with the mxt575. I have considered using lip/edge mounts bit the gaps/panel fitment are pretty tight. Any suggestions?
