havent got call sign yet

Bought my gmrs License for 35 bucks on june 20 and i checked the website and my email and it shows i payed for it. here it its july 5 and have not got my call sign pretty disappointed cause  i want to talk on my radio.

That works, but you really don’t need to search for it.  Just log into CORES and you see all the licenses for your FRN.

Well, I could swear that's how it used to work, but I just tried that and it doesn't work that way anymore.  The FCC CORES system is quite possibly the worst system to navigate I have every seen.

But, what you can do is save your FRN and password as your login and password for the License Manager site: https://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsEntry/licManager/login.jsp

From there, you see a list of your licenses.

You might want to also check the 'My Applications' tab, it should show you the status of your license application.

They recently shut down the old CORES system and made a new one. Just FYI. He may have to make a new login account.

I filed for mine over the weekend and received a PDF over email on Tuesday morning with my call name.

I have received new call and need to login to mygmrs site.WRTQ703  is call when the new fcc data base changes over will mygmrs take my call fore it's data base?Thanks
