No adjustment that I know of... Note: the MXT-115 operates in NFM mode only (ie; FRS compatible bandwidth), not GMRS (wide) FM. Guess the closest you will get is to adjustments is how far is the mic from your mouth. Could shove cotton in the mic hole to lower modulation or drill the hole to increase modulation. It should cut down on "plosives" (the initial puff of air for P, B, V, et al) Granted, it is a dynamic mic element to my knowledge, so may still be sensitive. If you look at head sets using condenser elements you'll most often find the end of the microphone is positioned at the corner of the mouth or even just behind it.
