Then its downloadable. Depending on what you want to do it may be cheaper to drop the radio at a local Motorola shop unless you have programmed them before. Its not chirp so learning curve is pretty steep. If you plan tons of custom stuff you will need to learn it. If its a dozen channels find someone local to you.
