My Wouxun KG935+ showing random numbers when listening to local ARC. I think there was an echo link on the repeater. It was a net.
Random numbers were 6 digits in length and appeared in place of the channel name ( i.e 535532 was one of the numbers )
The channel name would change to a number when people other than the operator hosting the net would talk. Not every one on the net displayed the number instead of the channel name
Its not even a year old and it works just fine otherwise.
Is this indicative of listening to a net using echo link or do you think I should try to do a warranty replacement.
