Hello have just installed 2 mobile radios in my sidebysides my question is my antennas are mounted to aluminum panels that bolted to the plastic roofs of the vehicles so do I need too ground the panels or the antennas to the metal tube frame of the vehicles?

No, the aluminum panels are fine disconnected from the metal frame.
