Code 500

I was attempting contact with a user for permission to use their repeater and after completing the information requested I kept getting a code 500 failure/unable to send to the user... anyone have any ideas?

Try reaching out to the owner in a private message.  You cannot fix a 500 error.  Only they can or the folks who administer the website.
