Tone Question - Wouxyn KG-UV9G

I am trying to program my radio.  When looking at radio reference, it has 205 DPL on one and 343 DPL on another.  However, when I go in the software, all I see is DN 343/DI 343 and DN 205/DI 205. What am I supposed to use here? How do I tell this.  Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm a newbie to GMRS. Thanks in advance for your help!   I have attached a screenshot from Radio Reference if needed.

205 DPL is the same as DN 205

343 DPL is the same as DN 343. 
 

The ones marked DI invert the bits of the digital pattern. 
 

DPL is also referred to as DTCSS.
