Manually Program Repeater Channels

Does anyone know the source on how to program the radio for repeaters using the microphone? I'm already having issues with the CPS software and Windows 11? The manual does not make any sense to me. I can load the channel and the tones, but the radio does not transmit +5 like it should.

It sounds like you’re using one of the simplex channels (15-22).  Instead, use 23-30 (might be named RP15-RP22 on some radios). They receive on the same frequencies but transmit with the 5 MHz offset.
