GMRS radio with passcode lock ability

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm horrible at finding what I'm looking for with my own internet searching so I figured I'd ask the know-it-alls in the GMRS family. I'm looking for a radio that can be programmed and then locked with a passcode so that any other user CANNOT make any programming changes without that passcode. The only settings that any user can make without knowing the passcode would be power on/off, volume control, and channel selection.

Are there any radios out there with this kind of lockdown ability?

Well the ones I know of when you lock them it also locks in the channel.   Sounds like you need a radio with channel knob and volume.  Then only program in one channel. No screen no buttons.

Radios such as professional series Motorola and Kenwood are programmed only by proprietary software would meet your requirement. These radios do not have any FPP capabilities.
