In need of some expertise, have a second generation UV-5G (UV-5R) and a UV-5R setup for Ham, both units when bought had the NOAA weather freqs installed and were working, I haven't touched them but I have loaded additional freqs in both radios and now they don't receive any broadcasts in both radios, tried punching in the freqs in vfo mode and still nothing, I've gone back over the program in chirp and haven't found any areas that were selected or changed that might cause this, both radios are receiving all other freqs that have been install without issue any friendly advice out there that may point me in the right direction to correct this issue.

Check squelch and tones. If you have tone squelch set when there isn’t one being transmitted you’ll never hear the transmission.
If you have no tone set, but your squelch is set too high, you’ll never hear anything that’s not strong signal.
