Good movie..."I heard it on that radio there" as Wild Bill Kelso shoots it in the gas station, and his plane starts down the road.

I got through it and started up "Stripes" - halfway through through my intoxication level got to the "pull the plug" level and hit the hay.

As i was drifting off however, It hit me in my moments of alcohol fueled introspection that a mashup of 1941, Red Dawn (the original, not the woke remake), and Stripes could work.  The soundtracks alone, for the most part, are kinda like echoes too.

I forgot how much I missed in 1941 watching it last night, subtle things in the background for instance...

I noticed nuances and things I had missed before, and I think over the many years I have rewatched it on occasion, i pick up something new every time.
