Eastern Reginal GMRS Net

I listened to a net on Sunday they called the Easter Regional net that did check ins all along the east coast of the USA. Net control kept saying to sign up for a check in on Eastern Regional GMRS net. I can't find anything online and was hoping someone could help.

I'm not too sure how to answer this question, but since the FCC dropped a bomb shell about using Telephone Systems or Internet networks to extend or interconnect to other GMRS Repeaters.
