Radioddity Gm-30 plus now in Chinese

 New to the hobby.  Just got my Radioddity Gm-30plus.   Attempted to program using Radiodity software.  When I wrote to the unit now all the menus are in Chinese.  Any ideas?

 

Contacted support. But haven’t heard back

Menu + 10 chooses the language.

Cycle through the menu choices. See Basic Use below:

Ok. Just got it.      Its menu.  3.    Then 10.    Shortcuts don’t work unfortunatly

My two GMRS bao's have this in the menu:

UV5G - Menu #14 -- Voice - selections --- "ENG" "CHI" "OFF"

UV21G Menu #18 -- Language - same prompts except "CHI" is written in chinese

I turn those 'voices' off in all my radios ----

You can just scroll through the menu options to find it
