I don't have an operator's manual for that radio, but it sounds like you want to do a factory/full reset. This operation will delete any data and settings you've put in, but should return the radio to original factory configuration. Look in your manual for "reset".

I just got this radio and i was removing the privacy codes but now i have lost channels 20-30.  how do i get them back and restore the radio to its original version?

So when you’re in memory mode and you get to channel 19 and then start pushing the channel up key what happens?

There is likely a way to do a factory reset if that is the route you want to take but you would lose things you may have programmed in that you might want to keep. Retevis is the brand, IP67 is a waterproof rating. Do you know what model you have?

It was going back to Chanel 1 but after resetting back to factory setting it restored all Chanel’s. I had to start from games channel 23 and remove the privacy codes manually. I

this model does not have a programs g port. Not that I know anyways.

The owner's manual shows a programming cable as an optional accessory, so it has a port. The cable looks like the type that plugs into the two jacks for a speaker/mic, which is the most common type. On page 7 of the manual, there's a picture showing the parts of the radio. It's labeled "13. Accessory jack".

Ok so if you don’t know it has a programming port you haven’t read the instructions.  If you had read the instructions you probably could have figured out out to reset the unit.  You may have also been able to learn how to use it so you did not delete the wrong channels in the first place.   Really gotta read instructions, and again programing in a computer is waay easier and you really learn faster how to program.    Just gotta do research and figure things out.   Although if you did research before hand you may not have purchased a retivis.  Ewww

It also helps if you read what he posted:

Okay based on other comments here I think the radio you have is a Retevis RA87? If that is correct there are two ports on the back. One is for a speaker the one above it is the data port. Chirp is pretty basic for this radio and the left and right channels are seperately programmed. If I got the radio wrong let me know.
