I have the Motorola MS350's. They do work with repeaters and go a decent distance. The battery life is terrible, just use AA or some other rechargeable packs.1 point -
Logan - so sorry to hear of your blight - I keep reading and learning from your experience and will be reaching out to you as a resource when I am ready to put a tower & repeater up. I should not have neighbor problems as I will be somewhat isolated. Good luck and keep us posted ! Dan1 point

Yeah I got in on the verdugo peak repeater in seal beach with on of those before. Than i started seeing a bunch of baofeng and wouxun mobiles on amazon.1 point
