  1. Well I thought we were talking about this guy, One thing I learned from the Greats like NotaRubicon is Rules matter! Below I made contact with the "X" Owner
  2. Windows 10 will automatically recognize it in the drop down when given the option in Chirp Here a thread on Windows 11, I also dont download the software on the manufactures site they send to have random error codes. https://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/9883
  3. If you watch my video, you can see the nice job they do at the factory with the silicone sleeves. Very thick silicon, really thick, when ordering it gives you this option. Very impressed; think the option is around $7 The fittings are very easily removed, sure its not your first time, it was for me, just a great design https://messi.it/en/messi-calc.htm
  4. Yes, 50 foot sections are in stock, matter fact never went out of stock; but thats about it, I needed a 12 and 25 foot premade. 50 feet is still in if thats what's needed. https://www.buytwowayradios.com/messi-paoloni-mp-uf10-jmp-uhfm.html
  5. It's one minute and shows a VERY basic set up that allows you to talk all over Southern California. It shows you Grounding which is the most difficult aspect of set up.
  6. 50 foot run and VERY flexible, the fittings are such high quality and dissemble in seconds, It you order from Messi Italy they can also weather proof the ends. Im hitting all the repeaters in my area link goes to my video, its 9 min, I also have a YouTube SHORT thats 1 min that is essentially the same.
  7. Gigaparts and Buytwwayradios.com. has been out of stock for awhile, these are the same company I think as I went to Gigaparts next and talked to the same rep... I ordered direct from Italy and had them install the weather proofing, on 3 of the pl259 fittings, one fitting I was going to disassemble/shorten anyway, and was to be indoors unlike the other 3 end pieces. received in 3 days WOW!
  8. Advice welcome, I'm returning the lighting arrestor I got, any recommendations or links to the best choices would be cool.
  9. I noticed no one was giving an easy explanation or showing their builds, I also noticed many unanswered questions on the forum. As a YouTuber I understand the only way to get a response/comments is sometimes to be ridiculous. I'm posting pictures of my straight forward build, I will also provide a shopping list for the newbie. Grounding is not rocket science its just some like to over complicate everything, I appreciate the items you posted, these help Grounding essentials for the shack....great manual thanks again IMG_3762.heic Here's what I have so far, and I plan on adding a lightening arrestor just before the entry point and ground this to the empty spot on the grounding rod. Then I will pound her down a bit more and that should be good enough IMG_3763.heic
  10. IMG_3762.heic Have some M & P Coax coming also, from Italy, the grounding rod also has a spot for my 10 gage that will come from my lighting arrestor. Im higher than the roof lines and at 600 elevation so the valley should be mine IMG_3763.heic
  11. It was a joke, I will be posting my grounding images soon, just finished, very easy to explain, and not some rabbit hole of confusion. IMG_3762.heic IMG_3763.heic
  12. I just ordered directly from M&P Ultraflex 10 Pre assembled factory, tested, PL 259 connectors, Silicon Sealed from the factory , anyone needing info just contact me https://messi.it/en/messi-calc.htm
  13. Messi & Paoloni Ultraflex 7 verse Messi & Paoloni Ultraflex 10 Seems 7 would be easy to work with on a 45 foot run what are we talking in the real world anyone have experience in this? Why I'm considering 7? Cheaper, more flex, and in stock, in stock....that 10 Im looking for
