Many years ago, I signed a software license and that would be a no-no. I don't know what the legality is today for breaching that license insofar as copyrights, etc. What I will do, I will program the radio for you at no cost, just pay the shipping cost both ways. IF you take your time you can find it online but those of us that have it are not going to get jammed up by distributing it freely.
